1)     When the fiber laser marking machine is not in use, the marking machine and computer power should be turned off.

2)     When the unit is not in use, cover the field lens to prevent dust from contaminating the optical lens.

3)     When the machine is working, the circuit is in a high voltage state. People unfamiliar with the machine should stay away and avoid touching. 

4)     If there is any malfunction within the unit, the power should be turned off immediately.

5)     When the equipment is used for a long time, dust may be adsorbed on the lower surface of the lens. This will reduce the power of the laser and affect the marking effect. When the marking effect is problematic or                 defective, you should carefully check the surface of the focusing mirror for contamination.

6)     If the surface of the lens is contaminated, remove the lens to clean the lower surface.

7)     Be careful when removing the lens, taking care not to damage or drop it; at the same time, do not touch the lens with just your hands or other objects.

8)     The cleaning method is to mix anhydrous ethanol (analytical grade) and diethyl ether (analytical grade) in a ratio of 3:1, infiltrate the mixture with a long fiber cotton swab or lens paper, and gently scrub the lower                 surface of the focusing mirror. Replace the cotton swab or lens paper for each side.

9)     When the machine is on and working, the marking machine must not be moved to avoid damage to the machine.

10)  Do not cover or stack other items on the marking machine to avoid affecting the heat dissipation effect of the machine.
